Charlotte Flair is one of the highest-paid stars in wrestling history, but her starting pay on the main roster was surprisingly modest.
The Queen was called up to the main roster in 2015 alongside Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks, sparking the Women’s Evolution. appearing on the Trading Secrets podcast, Flair opened up about her finances during those early days.
“My first paycheck from the main roster, which was 2015, I gave it to my financial planner… I think it was $13,000,” Flair revealed.
Since that initial check, Flair has become the most decorated female superstar in WWE history and a two-time Royal Rumble winner. Her most recent high-profile appearance was a victory inside WarGames at Survivor Series 2025, where she teamed with Alexa Bliss, IYO SKY, Rhea Ripley, and AJ Lee.
