Braun Strowman may be getting back in the ring sooner than many expected. When asked about a potential return on social media, the former WWE Universal Champion gave fans an encouraging timeline while making clear his plate is currently full with other commitments.
“Maybe this summer. I’m mid-filming season two of Everything on the Menu now and have a few other projects. So, will see,” Strowman wrote on X.
Strowman Has Been Busy With TV and New Production Company Since Leaving WWE
Strowman hasn’t competed since teaming with LA Knight against Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa on the SmackDown go-home show before WrestleMania last year. He was released from his WWE contract shortly after in the summer of 2025. His food-themed reality show Everything on the Menu — where he travels the country tasting dishes from local restaurants — premiered in October and was renewed for a second season by USA Network earlier this year. The show is co-produced by WWE, allowing him to use his ring name. Last week, Strowman also co-launched a production company called Meat Castle Media, adding another project to an already busy post-WWE schedule. A summer return to the ring would mark his first wrestling action in over a year.
