Will Ospreay has confirmed that he and his fiancée Alex Windsor — both signed to AEW — will be getting married in June 2026, with the wedding scheduled the day after NJPW’s Osaka-jo Hall event on June 14. Ospreay revealed the timing in comments to Tokyo Sports, explaining why the wedding date will prevent him from attending that particular NJPW show.
“I can’t appear at Osaka-jo Hall on June 14th because my wedding is the day after the event, but I want to participate in as many big New Japan matches as possible this year,” Ospreay said. “AEW is the best environment, but I have a special feeling for Japan, and I also want to spend more time with the members of United Empire.”

Ospreay meanwhile made his return to NJPW at Sakura Genesis and has expressed a desire to challenge for the Six-Man Tag Team Titles with United Empire alongside his ongoing AEW commitments and his upcoming Dynasty match with Jon Moxley on April 12 in Vancouver.
