Two more matches have been added to AEW’s three-hour Dynamite + Collision special on Wednesday, May 6, broadcasting from the North Charleston Coliseum in North Charleston, South Carolina.
On this week’s Collision, Hikaru Shida expressed her frustration after she and Kris Statlander failed to dethrone The Divine Dominion as AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions. Statlander promised to make it up to her, leading to AEW announcing that the two will face Mina Shirakawa and Harley Cameron on Wednesday.
In the second new addition, Jon Moxley will defend in an AEW Continental Championship Eliminator against Juice Robinson. The match was set up after Robinson signaled his intent to challenge Moxley following his team’s win over Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta on Collision.
The two matches join the previously announced AEW World Championship match between Darby Allin and Kevin Knight, along with the Double Jeopardy match between Dax Harwood and Orange Cassidy.
The current lineup for May 6 includes Darby Allin defending the AEW World Championship against Kevin Knight, Jon Moxley defending the Continental Championship in an Eliminator against Juice Robinson, the Double Jeopardy match between Dax Harwood and Orange Cassidy, and Hikaru Shida and Kris Statlander vs. Mina Shirakawa and Harley Cameron.
