A World Championship match has been added to AEW Collision: Fairway to Hell this weekend, with Darby Allin defending the title against Death Riders member PAC. The match adds to a growing card heading into the special, which features Divine Dominion duo Megan Bayne and Lena Kross set to face yet-to-be-announced opponents.
The booking sets up a five-day stretch in which both PAC and Kazuchika Okada receive AEW World title shots. Okada is scheduled to challenge for the belt on next week’s Asheville, North Carolina episode of Dynamite, where he will face whoever leaves Fairway to Hell with the championship. The two consecutive defenses appear designed to feed the “burnout” story AEW is telling with the new champion as the company heads toward Double or Nothing.
The current Fairway to Hell card features Divine Dominion in action, Jack Perry defending the AEW National Championship against Mark Davis, and Darby Allin defending the AEW World Championship against PAC.
