Joseph Sawyer, formerly Joe Gacy in WWE, has booked his first post-WWE match. Sawyer is scheduled to appear at a Pro Wrestling Junkie show on September 20 in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. No other appearances have been announced.
Sawyer was released from WWE in April, days after WrestleMania 42, as part of a wave of cuts that also included the rest of The Wyatt Sicks — Bo Dallas, Dexter Lumis, Nikki Cross, and Erick Rowan — along with Aleister Black, Zelina Vega, and others.
The former Wyatt Sicks members are now working under new names: Bo Dallas as Taylor Rotunda, Nikki Cross as Nikki Storm, Erick Rowan as Erick Redbeard, Dexter Lumis as Samuel Shaw, and Joe Gacy as Joseph Sawyer.
