Two title matches have been added to Wednesday’s three-hour AEW Dynamite and Collision special in Portland, Maine.
Jon Moxley will defend the AEW Continental Championship against Kyle O’Reilly in an eliminator match. If O’Reilly wins, he earns a future title shot. O’Reilly has beaten Moxley in previous encounters, a fact Moxley acknowledged in a promo on Collision. “Logic and strategy should dictate that I should stay away from O’Reilly because there is no doubt O’Reilly has his number,” Moxley said. “I’m going to continue surviving the way I know how — by finding a way.”
Darby Allin will also defend the AEW World Championship against Speedball Mike Bailey, confirmed on Collision after Allin beat Sammy Guevara.
Mark Briscoe vs. Tommaso Ciampa, Will Ospreay vs. Katsuyori Shibata, an eight-woman tag, and the ongoing Divine Dominion five-minute eliminator series are also scheduled. Swerve Strickland will appear for the first time on Dynamite in months after returning at ROH Supercard of Honor.
