Carlito and Bobby Steveson were both backstage at the recent ROH tapings in Jacksonville, Florida, per Fightful Select.
Carlito was there visiting his cousin Epico and brother Primo, who competed at the tapings. Carlito has never previously worked for AEW or ROH in his career. He was released from WWE in 2025 and has been active across independent promotions in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico since.
Steveson, formerly Damon Kemp in WWE NXT, was also present and may have been working the show in some capacity, though he did not wrestle. He has competed in only two matches since leaving WWE in 2024.
