Two more title matches are confirmed for WWE NXT Great American Bash on June 28 in Orlando after Tuesday’s episode set the contenders.
Naraku defeated Mason Rook in the NXT Championship number one contender’s match after Kam Hendrix appeared at ringside and distracted Rook late in the match. Naraku capitalized with an STO for the pin. He will face NXT Champion Tony D’Angelo at Great American Bash. After the match, Naraku briefly crossed paths with D’Angelo and handed him a mysterious letter.
Kendal Grey defeated Kelani Jordan in the NXT Women’s Championship number one contender’s match to earn another shot at the title. Grey dropped Jordan with the Shades of Grey for the sudden win. Grey previously challenged for the title at Stand and Deliver, where Lola Vice won the championship from Jacy Jayne — Grey wasn’t pinned in that match and has remained in contention since.

- NXT Championship: Tony D’Angelo (c) vs. Naraku
