Athena and Maya World will meet in the Women’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament semifinals on the June 20 AEW Collision.
At Saturday’s Collision Summer Blockbuster, Athena defeated Tiara James and continued to attack after the bell. Maya World ran in to make the save but was assaulted by Athena as well. Both then cut promos setting up the semifinal.
The winner advances to the Women’s Owen Hart finals at Forbidden Door on June 28 in San Jose, where they will face the winner of Mercedes Moné vs. Hazuki on next Wednesday’s Dynamite.
