The WWE NXT Great American Bash card on June 28 has been updated with two additional matches confirmed on Tuesday’s NXT.
Tavion Heights defeated Jackson Drake to become the new NXT North American Championship number one contender. The Vanity Project attempted to interfere but NXT North American Champion Myles Borne made the save, allowing Heights to win with a belly-to-belly suplex. After the match, Heights rejected Borne’s gesture, creating visible tension between the two ahead of their title match.
Dion Lennox vs. Saquon Shugars is confirmed after Lennox and DarkState turned on their former stablemates. Wren Sinclair will also defend the WWE Women’s Speed Championship at Great American Bash against the winner of next week’s tournament final between Arianna Grace and Izzi Dame.
