Logan Paul described his torn left triceps injury as “the least inconvenient injury possible” given that he is right-handed, speaking on his Impaulsive podcast this week.
“I’ve been brutally injured, like, way more than this. This one will have the longest recovery, but all things considered, it’s the least inconvenient injury possible. Because I have both hands, I’m right-handed, I just can’t bend it. It’s like, texting is a little annoying,” Paul said.
Paul underwent surgery in May after suffering the injury during Saturday Night’s Main Event and was given a six-month recovery timeline. He said the injury left him “mentally stuck” because of how it halted his WWE momentum at a critical point.
Despite being unable to compete, Paul made the trip to London for Monday’s Raw, where he attempted to help Vision teammates Austin Theory and Bron Breakker retain the WWE World Tag Team Championships against The Street Profits. The effort was unsuccessful after Joe Hendry and Seth Rollins intervened. The Street Profits — Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins — won the titles.
Rollins and Breakker will now meet in a steel cage match at Night of Champions on Saturday in Riyadh.
