TNA Thursday Night iMPACT! on AMC airs tonight with the launch of a brand new championship division.
The TNA Knockouts Television Championship Tournament begins with two first-round matches: Allie vs. M by Elegance, and Mara Sadé vs. Tasha Steelz. The tournament was announced following Dave Meltzer’s report that the new Knockouts TV Championship would debut at Slammiversary or shortly after.
A six-man match determines the number one contender for the TNA X-Division Championship, featuring Fabian Aichner, Mr. Elegance, BDE, Rich Swann, Jason Hotch, and The Home Town Man. Eddie Edwards faces Leon Slater. KC Navarro faces Ryan Nemeth. New TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth and new TNA Knockouts World Champion Xia Brookside address their Slammiversary wins.
