The July 2 episode of AEW Collision, which aired on Thursday instead of its usual Saturday slot, averaged 310,000 viewers on TNT — down 6.6% from the prior Saturday’s 332,000 — and was the show’s lowest audience since January 24, per f4wonline.
The 18-49 demo was 0.05, up 25% from the week before and tying Collision’s best demo since June 6. The show competed against World Cup Soccer on FOX, which led all television for the night with over 14 million viewers. Collision tied for 35th on cable in the 18-49 demo and was 48th in total viewers.
TNA Impact on AMC, which airs on Thursday nights, also failed to crack the top 150 on cable for the first time since its debut on the network. The episode was a taped show featuring Kyle Fletcher vs. El Phantasmo, the Cincinnati Street Fight between the Death Riders and Shane Taylor Promotions, Athena and Mercedes Moné vs. Maya World and Hyan, and Persephone’s CMLL Women’s Championship defense against Billie Starkz.
