Adam Copeland has been announced for Maple Leaf Pro’s Northern Rising event on October 3. Copeland will appear at the Mattamy Athletic Centre in Toronto, the former Maple Leaf Gardens.
No matches have been announced yet. It marks Copeland’s first independent show in many years, with his previous one dating back to 2001.
It will be the second Northern Rising card for Maple Leaf Pro, following the 2025 event that featured Zack Sabre Jr. vs. Jonathan Gresham, Gisele Shaw vs. Kylie Rae, a three-way with Mike Bailey, Gabe Kidd, and Michael Oku, Serena Deeb vs. Miyu Yamashita, and BULLET CLUB War Dogs against The Good Brothers.
Before the MLP show, Copeland teams with Christian Cage to defend the AEW World Tag Team Titles against The Young Bucks at All In, on August 30 at Wembley Stadium.
