WWE has added the Sami Zayn vs. Cody Rhodes WWE Championship dark match from the October 19 Raw taping to Club WWE.
The match took place in San Diego after Raw went off the air. Rhodes won by disqualification, so Zayn kept the title.
Zayn brought the title into the ring, and the referee was knocked down during an altercation. Rhodes hit Cross Rhodes while the referee was down. Zayn then hit Rhodes with the title and went for the pin, but the referee had seen the title shot and disqualified him.
WWE advertised the match as available only on Club WWE. The service is WWE’s $99-a-year membership, which includes exclusive content, rewards and early access to tickets. WWE announced Club WWE on Raw in April.
