WWE has made several schedule changes affecting late summer programming.
The Monday Night Raw scheduled for August 31 at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina has been rescheduled to February 19, 2027. Since that date falls on a Friday, the show will become a SmackDown taping. Tickets purchased for the August Raw will transfer to the February SmackDown. Refunds are available through June 30.
Separately, the SmackDown taping scheduled for September 4 in Cincinnati has been canceled entirely, per Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer. The September 4 episode of SmackDown will still air but is expected to be pre-taped either the Friday prior in Cleveland or following a Monday Raw taping. That decision has not been finalized. Meltzer cited “logistical and production related issues” behind the cancellation.
Context for the reshuffling: Money in the Bank has been moved from September 6 to October 10 at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans. September 6 is now occupied by Sunday Night’s Main Event in Atlanta at State Farm Arena. Labor Day (September 7) has WWE Raw from the Legacy Arena in Birmingham, Alabama.
