Grizzled Young Veterans, also known as Grizzled Young Vets, composed of James Drake and Zack Gibson, are prominent figures in the wrestling world.
According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, ongoing discussions regarding a potential contract with AEW have been taking place. While a deal was not confirmed as of last week, AEW remains keen on bringing the talented duo on board.
The duo first entered WWE in 2018 and quickly rose to become the inaugural UK Tag Team Champions. However, in 2023, they decided to part ways with the company. Their AEW debut took place in late April, where they faced The Acclaimed but unfortunately suffered a loss on an episode of AEW Collision.
Despite making appearances for TNA in the past, Grizzled Young Veterans never signed official contracts with the company and concluded their involvement in March.
