Free Agent In Talks With Both AEW & WWE

Stephanie Vaquer has announced her departure from CMLL and NJPW for personal reasons. She has been stripped of the CMLL World and Tag Team Titles.

There have been rumors of interest from both AEW and WWE despite her CMLL contract. Fightful Select has confirmed that she has had talks with both AEW and WWE, but as of now, she has not signed with AEW.

WWE has shown interest after Forbidden Door, and those in AEW believe she may be headed there. CMLL has allowed talent out of their deals when US promotions offer deals in the past.

Last month, she lost the NJPW Strong Women’s Title to Mercedes Mone at Forbidden Door.
