Bryan Danielson, a former world champion in both AEW and WWE, recently reflected on the pinnacle of his career, comparing his WrestleMania 30 victory to his AEW World Championship win against Swerve Strickland at All In 2024.
Speaking with Jamal Niaz, Danielson revealed that the All In moment resonated more deeply due to the presence of his family. “Oh, definitely All In at Wembley Stadium. The real reason behind that is because of the things surrounding the event itself. Like having my family there. Like my wife and kids being able to get in the ring with me, and knowing that my career was coming to an end, it just felt awesome, and it just felt something like I was grateful for even happening,” Danielson explained.
The significance of this championship victory at Wembley Stadium was not lost on his opponent, Swerve Strickland, who himself declared it the greatest moment of his own career, highlighting the magnitude and shared importance of their encounter on that grand stage in August 2024.
