Bryan Danielson has provided an update on his physical condition, confirming that he is still not medically cleared to compete. His last match was at AEW’s WrestleDream event in October 2024, which was billed as his final performance as a full-time wrestler.
In a recent appearance on the Daly Migs show, Danielson was asked about a potential return to the ring and gave a definitive answer about his current status.
“I don’t know, but right now, I’m not cleared to wrestle,” he said. “Even if I wanted to, if I said, ‘Hey, I’m going to be there.’ I will be there in Kent.”
Danielson has a well-documented history of serious neck injuries that have impacted his career. While he is not able to wrestle, he clarified that he will still appear for the live crowd at an upcoming event in Kent, Washington, though it will likely not be in a televised capacity.
“I will be there live in front of the people, but probably not on television. It’ll just be for the people there live.”
There is currently no timetable for his potential return to in-ring action.
