A new report has revealed that All Elite Wrestling has a long-term plan in place for its expansion into Australia. According to a report from Wrestle Radio Australia, AEW signed a five-year deal with the touring and promotions company TEG Sport last year to bring live events to the country. The deal will reportedly run through 2029, ensuring that Australian fans will have the opportunity to see AEW’s top stars live for years to come. This long-term commitment follows the massive success of AEW’s debut in the country earlier this year and is a strong indicator of the company’s focus on international growth.
Last month, AEW officially announced its return to Australia for two major events in February 2026. The tour will feature a special “Grand Slam” event on Saturday, February 14, at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, followed by a non-televised “House Rules” live event on Sunday, February 15, at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. The company’s first-ever show in Australia took place at that same Brisbane venue this past February. That event was a huge success, drawing an estimated attendance of over 11,000 fans and generating a live gate of more than $1.3 million, which at the time was the third-largest gate in the company’s history. This new five-year partnership with TEG Sport, a company that specializes in helping major global brands enter new markets, solidifies Australia as a key territory for AEW’s future touring plans.
