According to a new report from Fightful Select, the company is earning “high fees” by making select clips and archival footage available for outside use. While the report does not specify which companies are licensing the content or the exact financial details, it points to another successful effort by TKO to maximize all of WWE’s revenue streams. This news follows recent reports that WWE’s live event ticket prices for Raw and SmackDown have nearly doubled since the TKO merger in September 2023.

The report suggests that WWE could become more protective of its video content moving forward to protect the value of these deals. This might lead to a tightening of control over its archives and increased enforcement efforts against unauthorized use of its footage online.
