Jack Perry called out Samoa Joe during a promo on AEW Dynamite, challenging the former AEW World Champion to return to the ring and face him.
Perry addressed his recent run of losses while discussing his ongoing goal of facing every former AEW World Champion, a search that led him to single out Joe over his extended absence from AEW. Perry then directly challenged Joe to come back and wrestle him.
The segment closed with Perry revealing a painted message reading “Joe Is Going To Kill You” as part of his presentation.
Joe last appeared for AEW at Double Or Nothing in May, where he faced Will Ospreay. He has spent the summer away from the ring filming the third season of Twisted Metal.
Whether Joe accepts the challenge remains to be seen.
