Kenny Omega says his AEW World Championship match against Will Ospreay at All In 2026 may have been the hardest of his career, but that he is not done wrestling.
Speaking with Hikaru Shida on her ShidaTube channel, the 42-year-old acknowledged his physical strength is declining with age. He said, “It may have been the hardest match of my career. Of course, I’m getting older. So my strength is gradually going away. I’m getting weaker.”
Omega came up short in the challenge at Wembley Stadium but said he is proud of the performance, adding, “I lost in front of about 50,000 people, but I really gave everything I had.” He closed with a message to fans, saying, “It’s not the end. Please support me next time, too!”
Omega’s appearances for AEW have been limited in recent years by his battle with diverticulitis.
