Thunder Rosa says Britt Baker is not her focus right now, and that her attention is on TBS Champion Persephone.
Baker recently returned to AEW, and Rosa was asked about her on the Battleground Podcast.
“I am more mature. I am more chill. She is not on my list of things that I have to worry about. The one that I have to worry about is Persephone.”
Rosa pointed out that Persephone was the one who called her out.
“She is the champ right now. She is the one who everybody wants her spot. But, the funny thing is like she called me out. So, she definitely wants something with me because I represent the women’s division in AEW.”
Rosa also looked back on her Lights Out match with Baker on Dynamite in March 2021, saying the two of them helped open the door for the matches that followed in the division.
“I think I’m blessed that people still talk about it and still talks very highly of this match. Because that means that we made history.”
She added, “I’m an artist. And when you give me weapons, guess what? I’m going to use them d–n weapons. I’m one of the best at doing that.”
Persephone retained the TBS Championship against Dani Luna at All Out on September 26.
