Jacy Jayne On Joining WWE: “I Had To Erase Everything I Knew About Wrestling”

WWE

Jacy Jayne says she had to start over when she arrived at WWE.

“When I got to the Performance Center, I felt like I had to erase everything I knew about wrestling and relearn it all over again,” Jayne told Uncrowned. “WWE has a very specific way that they like things. So in order to get on TV, you have to adapt to their style, and it is a completely different style.”

Jayne said she never had a backup plan.

“I had no backup plan to this. It was wrestling or nothing. It was WWE or nothing.”

She also said WWE’s NIL athletes, including Sol Ruca and Lola Vice, pick things up quickly.

“Like, you show them something once and then they’re doing it perfectly. It’s kind of crazy.”

Jayne, the Women’s United States Champion, qualified for the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match on October 10.

“I am the ultimate opportunist, and I will wait for the right moment, the right timing, the right person. And I promise you, I will be walking out as ‘Jacy in the Bank.'”
