Triple H says LA Knight came out of his loss to Roman Reigns at Money in the Bank in a better position.
Reigns retained the World Heavyweight Championship against Knight in the opening match of the October 10 show in New Orleans, winning with a spear.
Speaking with Cathy Kelley on the Money in the Bank post-show, Triple H praised Knight.
“LA Knight, to me, left this match greater than he went in. LA Knight proved that he is a megastar. He proved that he belongs in that title scene and that he is a top attraction in this business,” Triple H said. “But Roman Reigns proved there’s only one Roman Reigns.”
He said Reigns “got pushed to his limit” but is “on a different level from everybody else.”
