Jeff Jarrett says the Pig Fest wrestling show in Hendersonville, Tennessee, will be bigger next year.
On My World with Jeff Jarrett, Jarrett said many sponsors want to come aboard next year, and that sponsorship packages are planned to go on sale January 1.
“So yes, I’m already fired up. I think we’re off to the races, kind of an annual event,” Jarrett said. “So it’s going to be bigger, better, and bolder next year.”
Jarrett said he enjoyed this year’s show more than the first one.
“I was super emotional. And I did not get to really enjoy it like I did this year, man. It was a packed house.”
JBL made an unannounced appearance at the show.
“I bet I had more people after the match say, ‘Hey, was that really John? Was JBL really here?’ Yes, he was really here.”
Road Dogg, whose real name is Brian James, wrestled his first match since 2015.
“Brian was a bundle of nerves, first time in 11 years, but it all worked out.”
Jarrett’s stepson, Cody Angle, won the battle royal.
