Another Top Star Leaves TNA As Contract Talks Stall

Another major name has departed TNA Wrestling as the company prepares for its move to AMC.

According to a report from Fightful Select, Killer Kelly is no longer with the promotion. Her contract reportedly expired in December, and with no new deal reached, she has effectively left the company. The report noted that there were currently “no creative plans” for her character, which likely contributed to the exit.

Kelly had been a fixture in the Knockouts division since joining in 2020. After taking maternity leave in 2024, she signed a contract extension and made her return at Against All Odds last June. Since then, she had been teaming with Rosemary but struggled to find momentum, suffering losses during the recent television tapings in El Paso to talents like Myla Grace and The IInspiration.

During her tenure, Kelly found significant success as a tag team specialist, winning the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championships twice alongside Masha Slamovich. Her unique look and intense in-ring style made her a fan favorite, but the changing landscape of TNA seems to have left her without a spot.

Kelly’s departure is part of a broader trend of roster turnover for TNA. She joins a list of recent exits that includes Jake Something, who jumped to AEW to join the Don Callis Family, and Joe Hendry, who signed with WWE after a successful crossover run in NXT. With TNA entering a new era on a new network, the roster is evidently undergoing a significant refresh.
