Thunder Rosa says she has not been on AEW television as much as she would like.
Speaking with Zach Johnson, the former AEW Women’s World Champion said she has been working elsewhere to stay active, saying, “Right now, I’m focusing a lot of doing that outside of the ring, right? Because I haven’t been as much on TV as I would like to, but I’ve been doing a lot of stuff in other companies like CMLL. So that’s important to me, too.”
Rosa said she feels a responsibility to keep raising her own standard, explaining, “I feel like people like me, we just feel like we have to keep, like, outdoing ourselves, and we have to keep doing more because of how much we have been able to accomplish and, like, the difference that we have made in professional wrestling.”
She added, “I’m just going to keep working my butt off to be the best that I can. I’m going to keep working on being the best that I can be for my peers and for my community.”
Rosa is the current Mexican National Women’s Champion in CMLL.
