Jeff Jarrett says Vince McMahon was hard to read in WWE creative meetings.
On My World with Jeff Jarrett, Jarrett responded to former WWE co-president George Barrios describing McMahon as an introvert who was difficult to read.
“Try being in a creative meeting, which is creative meeting is kind of the flow of ideas, and the guy who ultimately makes the decision on what goes and not goes into a wrestling show or in a creative process, and you can’t really get a read on him, boy. Oh boy, meetings get long, to say that’s an understatement,” Jarrett said.
Jarrett said the Mr. McMahon character shaped how people saw McMahon.
“To the person, quote unquote, on the street, or even people in this industry that were really never around him, Vince could play the heel, evil Mr. McMahon so well that yes, it is an extension of his personality, but boy, oh boy, you believed it, and so it clouds so much more around him that you cannot fathom.”
“You mean Vince McMahon has a heart? You mean he’s really an introvert? No, that’s bulls—. I’m not buying that.”
