Dwayne Johnson’s production company, Seven Bucks Productions, is set to premiere a new docuseries tonight focusing on the rise and fall of WCW. Titled “Who Killed WCW?” the series will be executive produced by Johnson and Dany Garcia. WCW, which was founded by Ted Turner in 1988, closed its doors in 2001 and was later acquired by WWE.
The docuseries will explore the various factors that contributed to WCW’s demise, including management issues and creative decisions made during the Monday Night Wars.
Viewers can expect exclusive interviews with wrestlers, executives, and insiders, providing insight into the personal stories and challenges faced during that time.
