Jon Moxley Wins World Heavyweight Title, Bryan Danielson’s Full-Time Career Done At AEW WrestleDream

AEW booked World Champion Bryan Danielson vs. Jon Moxley at this year’s WrestleDream pay-per-view event from the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, WA. If Danielson had lost then he would have to retire from full-time wrestling.

Danielson had won the title by defeating Swerve Strickland at All In on August 25, 2024, in London, England.

Moxley went over to win the title. They did an attack angle after the match until the babyface locker room made the save.
