Stephanie Vaquer returned to the ring at a WWE live event in Portland, Maine, on November 5.
Vaquer teamed with IYO SKY and Lola Vice against Fatal Influence in a trios match.
Vaquer was set to face Becky Lynch on the October 26 episode of Raw, but Adam Pearce said she was not cleared, and Lynch challenged Liv Morgan instead. Dave Meltzer later reported that Vaquer was dealing with an illness that was not considered serious.
Vaquer’s last match before the return was a four-way at WWE’s Hawaii live events on October 17. She lost the Women’s World Championship to Morgan in a triple threat with Lynch at Money in the Bank.
