Adam Cole broke his ankle in a freak accident, jumping off the entrance ramp on the September 2023 Grand Slam edition of AEW Dynamite.
AEW President Tony Khan has said this star is not 100%, but that “he’s getting better and better.” Dave Meltzer reported the following in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter:
“Regarding Adam Cole, because of the complexity of the injury there’s still a little time left out of action but he hopes it’s not much longer. He is able to walk now, so he’s on the way back.”
