Eddie Kingston’s Return Match Against Big Bill Set For AEW All Out

Eddie Kingston is set to make his long-awaited return to the ring. It has been confirmed that Kingston will face Big Bill at the AEW All Out pay-per-view on Saturday, September 20, in Toronto. This will be Kingston’s first match since he suffered a torn ACL and meniscus in May of 2024, an injury that has kept him on the shelf for over a year and a half. The match is a culmination of a one-sided feud that has seen Big Bill relentlessly antagonize and call out the injured Kingston for months, building a great deal of anticipation for the moment when “The Mad King” could finally get his hands on him.

The match was made official after Big Bill issued a direct challenge to Kingston on the September 13 episode of AEW Collision, following his victory in Max Caster’s five-minute challenge. Kingston, who was not at the arena, quickly responded to the challenge on social media. He posted that the contract was signed on his end and that he was just waiting for Big Bill to send the location. With this match now added to the card, Kingston’s emotional and highly anticipated comeback will take place on one of AEW’s biggest stages. The addition of this personal grudge match adds another layer of intrigue to what is already a stacked pay-per-view lineup.

The updated card for AEW All Out is below:

  • AEW Women’s World Championship Four Way Match: ‘Timeless’ Toni Storm (champion) vs. Jamie Hayter vs. Kris Statlander vs. Thekla
  • Adam Copeland & Christian Cage vs. FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood)
