A war of words has erupted on social media between AEW star MJF and the recently released former WWE Superstar, Andrade. The exchange began after MJF, who is the current CMLL World Light Heavyweight Champion, was in Mexico City for a championship match at the CMLL 92nd Anniversary show this coming Friday. The back-and-forth saw the two stars trade insults and even led to a high-stakes challenge for a traditional Lucha Libre Apuestas match. The public confrontation has sparked a great deal of interest among fans, who are now speculating about the possibility of a future match between the two, either in AEW or in CMLL.
The exchange started with MJF offering a seemingly friendly invitation to Andrade.
“Lmk if you wanna grab a marg before I hop on my jet to Toronto to whoop mark briscoes hillbilly ass.”
Andrade responded with a middle finger emoji, which prompted a response from MJF.
“Oh it’s like that? Okay, Perro.”
The situation then escalated, with Andrade issuing a major challenge.
“IN MEXICO! It’s MASK VS HAIR @The_MJF pussy!!”
MJF, however, was quick to dismiss the challenge, telling Andrade to prove himself before stepping to him.
“lol. No. Get over without burning another bridge than we can discuss us having a match at all. P**sy.”
