“The Inevitable” Ace Austin will make his official in-ring debut as a member of the Bang Bang Gang on this weekend’s episode of AEW Collision, which is scheduled to air on Saturday, October 25. AEW has confirmed that Austin will go one-on-one with “The Bounty Hunter” Bryan Keith. This will be Austin’s first televised match in All Elite Wrestling in over two months, with his last appearance being a hard-fought match against Ricochet back on the August 16 edition of Collision. His return to the ring, now under the banner of a new faction, marks a significant new chapter in his AEW career.
The match was set up after a recent fiery backstage confrontation on a previous episode of Collision between the remaining active members of the Bang Bang Gang (Austin, Juice Robinson, and Austin Gunn) and the rough-and-tumble tag team of Big Bill and Bryan Keith. While the confrontation was heated and insults were thrown, no physical- altercation took place at the time. Now, it appears that Austin and Keith will have the opportunity to settle their differences and work out their aggression in singles competition. With the Bang Bang Gang’s leaders, Jay White and Colten Gunn, both sidelined with injuries, this match is a crucial opportunity for Ace Austin to step up and prove his value to his new stable.
