WWE has a backup plan to hold WrestleMania 43 in the United States if world events force a change, according to WrestleVotes. The details are being kept secret.
WWE still intends to hold WrestleMania 43 in Saudi Arabia in April 2027. Dates have not been announced, though the show is expected to take place April 10 and 11.
WrestleVotes reported that the Sphere in Las Vegas is not part of the backup plan. WWE has shown interest in the venue internally, but no real talks have taken place. The two sides also failed to agree in March over Danhausen promotional material on the outside of the building during WrestleMania 42 season.
Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that, according to Las Vegas sources, the city has no open April dates and cannot spend as much money as before to land the event.
Crown Jewel on November 7 is reportedly worth about $60 million to WWE, and WrestleMania 43 is said to be worth well over $100 million. Riyadh Season announced on October 28 that Crown Jewel has been moved to a new venue.
