WWE Has Reportedly Moved On From Backlash Over Nikki Bella Vs. Chelsea Green

WWE

WWE has moved on from the backlash over Nikki Bella vs. Chelsea Green on the October 30 episode of SmackDown, according to WrestleVotes.

Green retained the WWE Women’s Championship with a roll-up. The match has a 1.15 out of 10 rating on Cagematch.

Asked during a Q&A how WWE reacted, WrestleVotes said the company does not judge performers like Bella only on whether they have critically praised matches.

“They moved on. What’s the best women’s match we ever saw in WWE? They don’t care about that. The people who buy Nikki Bella’s merchandise do not care if she’s having great matches, similar to Chelsea Green. They do her dances, they like the Instagram. That’s what they’re there for.”

Green faces Liv Morgan for the Women’s Crown Jewel Championship at Crown Jewel on November 7.
