WWE Hall of Famer and AEW announcer Jim Ross has shared a positive health update following his recent surgery for colon cancer.

During his most recent podcast, the 73-year-old gave an update on his condition. “The cancer’s gone which I’m very happy to say. I’m blessed that my health has returned and I’m feeling pretty damn good.”

Ross also confirmed his intention to be at AEW All In: Texas on July 12. “I’m tired of sitting at home and I’m excited about the opportunities that await,” he said, stating his plan is to be at the pay-per-view.

He also thanked AEW head Tony Khan for his support during his illness, saying Khan was “amazingly wonderful” and has “certainly taken good care of me.”
