Jack Perry Earns National Title Shot After Worlds End Zero Hour

AEW

Jack Perry’s quest for gold in AEW continues this Wednesday night.

Despite falling short in the Continental Classic tournament, “The Scapegoat” wasted no time finding his next opportunity. Following a victory in an eight-man tag team match on the Worlds End Zero Hour pre-show last Saturday, Perry was granted a shot at the AEW National Championship.

In the pre-show match, Perry teamed with Luchasaurus and Jet Speed to defeat Josh Alexander and The Demand. The finish saw Perry pin Ricochet, the leader of The Demand and current AEW National Champion, to secure the win for his team. Leveraging this momentum, Perry immediately challenged the champion, setting the stage for a high-stakes encounter on the final Dynamite of 2025.

Ricochet vs. Jack Perry for the AEW National Championship will take place live on Dynamite: New Year’s Smash this Wednesday, December 31, from the CHI Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
