Wardlow has commented on his return to AEW television.
Wardlow teamed with the Don Callis Family against the Death Riders on the September 30 episode of AEW Dynamite, his first AEW match in more than two years. The show was a tribute to PAC, who passed away on September 27.
He posted about the night on X.
“Bittersweet night. Extremely saddened by the loss of one the best wrestlers and humans I’ve ever met, but also after over two years, so incredibly happy to be home. Thank you AEW and thank you to everyone in the crowd last night in Pittsburgh for the love that was shown.”
